RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is incorporated within the Inside Athletics website. Using this technology your email client (e.g. Outlook) can receive notification of new articles on our website. Additionally, if you are the administrator of a website you can use this technology to incorporate a news stream from Inside Athletics. There is no cost involved in accessing the RSS service.
