Well as the title suggests… I've been here for 24 hours now… well just over… but who’s counting.


My time here has been eventful already…

This morning I thought it would be a good idea to drive into the town and find myself a coffee. I did this with ease. I have mad skills in this area…but what skills i seem to lack was getting home again. This town is full of one way streets and if they’re not one way then they are only big enough for one car anyway. Cut a long story short… I ended up driving up this hill taking me away from the place I wanted to go….travelled through 2 other towns before I found a way to turn around and head back in the right direction… I'm an Eye-talian driving noob.

800m world record holder David Rudisha is set to again commence his season in Australia, competing over 400m at he Sydney Track Classic and 800m at the Melbourne Track Classic.
Alana Boyd was the standout performer of the Adelaide Track Classic, jumping to a new personal best of 4.61m.
Athletics fans will have to wait until the Adelaide Track Classic on 28 January to see Australian 1500m record holder Ryan Gregson back in action.
