What Can I Say? Daegu was pretty splendid.

Well, I dont have any hardware to take home but I feel like I performed well at Worlds.

Berlin was a bit of a down point of my career because i felt ready. I loved the stadium and the atmosphere, i just struggled with the pain in my knee and didn’t have the mind to push it! That was the old me, now i’ve grown stronger mentally, with thanks to Anthony Klarica and of course the experienced i have gained from the team behind me i was able to convert when it mattered in Daegu.

Commonwealth Games was a big learning year. I was so well prepared to win there, Chuck Norris could have roundhouse kicked me to the face and i would have still pushed on! The win in Delhi gave me the knowledge to be confident in my own routine. To stay happy, and smile and not to change anything because its worlds. Thats the thing kiddies who are reading this. Its all about routine. Your way. Sticking to it under all conditions.

By the way, how good are those pants im wearing above. Its awesome how it leaves nothing to the imagination... I didn’t realise I dressed to the left! hahaha.
