The final countdown

During the past two weeks I had the opportunity to talk to a number of groups of people including Managers and CEO’s of Clubs in QLD, a number of talented athletes at the Sports Darling Downs Sports Star of the Year awards and the Glennie girls at their athletics camp. These were all such great experiences, I love being able to talk to members of the community and share my story.

Nic Bideau is a man caught in the middle.
800m world record holder David Rudisha is set to again commence his season in Australia, competing over 400m at he Sydney Track Classic and 800m at the Melbourne Track Classic.
Alana Boyd was the standout performer of the Adelaide Track Classic, jumping to a new personal best of 4.61m.
Athletics fans will have to wait until the Adelaide Track Classic on 28 January to see Australian 1500m record holder Ryan Gregson back in action.
