Avoid Feeling Like a Tomato

A month of jogging around as I feel has gone by in a flash.


One minute I am battling the woes of jet lag and stiff marathon legs, the next it is time to start my first mini-session! I said to Lachlan after we completed a set of 10x1minute efforts the other night, “It is so warm tonight. My face feels like a bright red tomato! It really is Summer, we better start freezing those Gatorade ice blocks again!” What better topic to discuss in December than the highs and lows of hot weather training and racing!
