Routine

I have now been back into training for six weeks, and it feels as though I have achieved a lot in this short time period.

My week is pretty full, Monday’s I have my toughest track session of the week, the increase in volume has been hard but something I really need to work on, as I know it will really help my 200m race and the last 10m of my 100m. Tuesday’s I have gym in the morning, over the past six weeks I have built my strength back up and have been able to single leg squat 95kg for 3 reps on each leg, so I am now really happy with where my strength levels are at. On Tuesday afternoons I have a technical speed session, really working on the transition and top end phases of my race, this has been going well, but as always frustrating!
