It’s been a while since I gave out any details of my training, so as this is primarily a running blog, here it is:

I’m following my usual training schedule of 2 workouts, a long run (90-95 minutes) , an easy day (30-40 minutes), and three days of moderate running length (60-70 minutes) a week.
The workouts the last week have been really good. I am starting to move into more intense work, and I can certainly feel that the work I’ve done over the last four months has improved my aerobic capacity.
