I sat here for 10 minutes staring at an empty page.
Thinking what could I possibly write that wouldn’t come off as negative, sad or even sound like I’m making excuses.After all, isn’t it the rule as an athlete, if you don’t have something positive to say to not say anything at all. To always be positive.
But I’m not one for BS.
I’m a pretty raw person. I wear my emotions on my sleeve. I’m not afraid to cry away from the limelight at a bad performance, throw my spikes or even feel sorry for myself, if only for a minute.
