Carter runs creditable 10.15 at Grace Jackson meet

Former world 100 meters record holder Asafa Powell and reigning sprint hurdle world champion Brigitte Foster-Hylton did not open their 2010 season as expected, at the ninth staging of the Queens/Grace Jackson Invitational at Jamaica's National Stadium on Saturday.

Aviva London Grand PrixPowell and Foster-Hylton, who were set to run the 200m and 400m respectively, withdrew from the meet, which ran more than two hours behind schedule.
