Pearson wants Gold Coast track fixed


Olympic champion Sally Pearson has hit out at Gold Coast City Council for the letting a running track where she trains fall into disrepair.

The 100-metre hurdles gold medallist says council has neglected the Gold Coast Athletics Track at Griffith University.

"I just want it to get redone because it's been there since 1998 and it's starting to fall apart," she told the Gold Coast Bulletin.
